Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Travel Adviser to remotely manage travel arrangements for clients, whether for leisure or corporate purposes. This role demands a blend of comprehensive destination knowledge and operational excellence to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Key Duties
- Create customized travel plans including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities tailored to client preferences.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, insurance policies, and logistical planning.
- Manage and resolve travel disruptions such as delays or cancellations, ensuring timely rebooking.
- Keep precise records of bookings and traveler profiles within Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other reservation platforms.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with hotels, airlines, and destination management companies.
- Achieve targets related to revenue, additional services sold, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years’ experience in travel consultancy, corporate travel management, or travel agency operations.
- Experience with GDS platforms (such as Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) is advantageous.
- Proficient knowledge of various travel regions globally.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong client-service orientation.
- Availability to provide support during off-hours for traveler emergencies.
- Possession of IATA or similar certifications is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging approximately between $45,000 and $75,000 USD equivalent annually, adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and location.
