Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Transportation Planning Executive or Analyst with at least three years of expertise in supply chain, logistics, or transportation planning. This role involves managing transportation data, performing SAP transactions, utilizing Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and developing comprehensive reports using MS Excel and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation planning data, perform validations, and ensure accurate uploads into relevant systems.
• Carry out SAP transactions and proficiently work with transportation management tools.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using advanced Excel functionalities and Power BI.
• Liaise with internal teams to identify and rectify any data inconsistencies.
• Maintain stringent standards for data accuracy, confidentiality, and ensure timely delivery of all assignments.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of three years’ experience in transportation planning or related supply chain/logistics roles.
• Proficient with SAP systems and transportation planning software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
• Familiarity with KNIME is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and excellent coordination abilities.

Work Schedule

The position requires working six days a week at the Hyderabad location.
