Transformation Program Director

About the Role

We are seeking a Transformation Program Director to oversee a comprehensive 12-month transformation initiative. This role involves translating the Group CEO’s strategic priorities into unified and effective execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the integrated transformation roadmap.
• Align and coordinate efforts between client company leaders and internal workstreams.
• Lead weekly meetings for the transformation office to ensure progress and alignment.
• Prepare detailed performance reviews for the CEO monthly and Steering Committee quarterly.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverable quality effectively.
• Deliver clear decision presentations with options and well-founded recommendations.
• Promptly escalate risks, unresolved decisions, and information gaps.
• Ensure the transformation framework is fully adopted and transferred to the client organization.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in transformation, consulting, or managing complex programs.
• Proven background working with holding companies or multiple enterprises.
• Direct exposure to working alongside CEOs and board members.
• Strong understanding of Saudi or GCC business environments.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
• Robust commercial, operational, and financial insight.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or equivalent credentials.
• Execution-driven mindset, beyond traditional project management responsibilities.

Performance Metrics

• Deliver over 90% of project milestones on schedule.
• Escalate any critical risks within 48 hours.
• Ensure CEO decisions are finalized within agreed timeframes.
• Achieve strong adoption rates among company leaders.
• Avoid any uncontrolled expansion of project scopes.
