Responsibilities

• Analyze employee strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs.

• Conduct training courses aimed at skill enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing multiple training sessions.
• Proven competence in handling the complete training lifecycle.
• Knowledgeable in both traditional and modern training methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
