Training Executive - UAE National

Overview

We are seeking a Training Executive with experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Retail, preferably within the luxury sector. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across various markets. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional central liaison for local training teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration on global training initiatives with the headquarters in France.
• Maintain regular updates and proactive interactions with Training Managers.
• Lead training sessions at the Client Relationship Center supporting the Team Leader.
• Assist in adapting training materials for different markets, including Arabic proofreading.
• Support the implementation of new global training programs from headquarters.
• Facilitate the rollout of new training content by providing clear guidelines to guarantee consistent understanding across all markets.
• Manage and update the global training platform (LMS), including content, participant data, and schedules.
• Track completion rates of training initiatives through the e-learning dashboard.
• Organize seminars and meetings as needed.
• Manage training-related financial aspects, coordinating with accounting and market teams for invoicing.
• Report best practices and mystery shopping results quarterly, semi-annually, and annually to the training community.

Additional Details

This position covers five markets and involves supporting the regional Client Relationship Center in Dubai. Travel across the region or internationally may be required occasionally.
