Training Coordinator

About the Role

Shorey E-Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator / Student Counselor with a B.Tech background in Civil or Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 1 to 2 years of experience as an Instructor or Faculty member in a technical training institute. This position involves frequent travel to engineering and polytechnic colleges across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and adjacent areas, combining office work with on-campus visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with collegiate Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Heads of Departments (HODs), and Deans to finalize training collaboration agreements.
• Organize and facilitate engaging seminars and technical workshops at various college campuses.
• Provide personalized and group counseling sessions to students to assist their understanding of technical skills and industry trends for career enhancement.
• Convert student inquiries and interest gathered during campus visits into confirmed enrollments for training programs.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for college visits, seminars, and training program timelines effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must hold a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering (EEE/EE/ECE).
• Possess between 1 and 2 years of prior experience as an Instructor, Trainer, or Faculty within a technical training environment.
• Excellent public speaking capabilities with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Preparedness to travel extensively to fulfill role requirements across multiple states.
• Ability to engage effectively with engineering students and academic leadership to foster productive relationships.

Additional Information

The role offers a salary up to ₹25,000 per month along with performance-based incentives. While open to all applicants, female candidates are preferred.
