Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Training and Placement Officer based in Indore, responsible for organizing and executing campus recruitment activities. This includes planning placement drives, collaborating with recruiters, and sustaining relationships with industry partners. The role also involves designing and delivering training sessions on soft skills, interview techniques, and employability enhancement, guiding students on career pathways, internships, and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams to facilitate placement processes.
• Plan and schedule recruitment events and campus drives.
• Maintain and develop robust relations with prospective employers and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare placement reports and track performance metrics.
• Continually refine placement strategies to improve placement outcomes.
• Conduct training sessions focusing on communication, interview readiness, and professional development.
• Advise students on career options and support internship placements.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong expertise in campus recruitment and employer relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in soft skills training.
• Experience in delivering employability training and professional development programs.
• Academic qualifications include graduate or postgraduate degrees in Management, Human Resources, Education, or similar domains.
• Previous experience in placement coordination, corporate engagement, or career services within educational institutions is preferred.
• Capacity to build networks with industry and manage multiple events efficiently.
• Demonstrated organizational, reporting, and presentation abilities, with a focus on inclusive and student-centric approaches.
