Role Overview

The Trainer I plays a pivotal role in delivering focused training tailored to client needs, covering new hires, product updates, and refresher courses to support Concentrix client programs. The objective is to ensure workforce readiness by maintaining high standards of service and training delivery.
Maintaining certification through the Trainer Certification Program (101/102) is required. Additionally, this position involves mentoring newly certified trainers, reviewing and updating curricula, and assessing training effectiveness through diverse feedback processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of trainees within the classroom environment, monitoring their progress, offering coaching feedback, and determining readiness for deployment.
• Apply engaging presentation and facilitation approaches, incorporating adult learning and accelerated learning methodologies across various training formats.
• Deliver training content using classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and supplementary activities.
• Meet and uphold individual training performance goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure smooth transition of agents from training to production, verifying skill competency as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account-specific products through direct involvement such as call handling, client and cross-functional meetings, and observing peers.
• Communicate effectively and consistently with supervisors, colleagues, and client personnel in daily interactions.
• Assist the Instructional Design team by contributing to the creation of training resources suited for multiple instructional delivery methods including computer-based, interactive, classroom, and written aids.
• Evaluate training program impact using tools like focus groups, interviews, and surveys; drive improvements based on feedback.
• Recommend curriculum updates to Training Managers and Supervisors, informed by internal stakeholder feedback and training needs analyses.
• Engage in continuous learning culture by staying updated on change management, new product and service launches, organizational policies, and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, ideally combined with 2 to 4 years of pertinent experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in training techniques and soft skills including communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure.
• A self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and aptitude for fostering positive working relationships.
