Trainer - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Role Overview

The role involves delivering dynamic and practical training sessions on AI and Machine Learning topics to students, fostering an engaging and hands-on learning environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training on Python programming, Machine Learning fundamentals, Deep Learning methodologies, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI.
• Facilitate practical sessions, including assignments, assessments, and projects to deepen students' understanding.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students during their AI/ML project development phases.
• Continuously develop and refresh training materials to align with evolving industry standards and technologies.
• Monitor student progress and deliver regular, constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements and tools within the AI and ML domains.

Additional Duties

• Submit required requisitions for teaching materials and consumables.
• Manage personal attendance records, leave applications, and other human resource tasks.
• Oversee class performance metrics using batch performance dashboards.
• Establish and organize new student batches for courses.
• Regularly update individual student scorecards to track academic performance.
• Plan and coordinate upcoming activities like guest lectures and industry visits through batch calendar management.
• Remain informed about current academic and industry developments to enhance curriculum quality.
• Actively participate in faculty meetings and training workshops as necessary.
