Trainer

About the Role

Digital India Yug is seeking a proactive and responsible Trainer to facilitate training and guidance for team members and interns, ensuring efficient daily operations and a productive work environment at their Indore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions covering company processes, digital tools, and operational procedures.
• Provide mentorship and manage the training team effectively.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team and individual performance.
• Organize meetings, conduct feedback discussions, and undertake performance evaluations regularly.
• Identify training needs and design impactful training programs.
• Maintain training documentation, including attendance and performance records.
• Motivate team members to sustain a positive and compliant workplace atmosphere.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality benchmarks.
• Facilitate smooth communication between team members and management.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees and interns.
• Address minor team-related issues promptly.

Skills and Experience

• Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
• Strong leadership and experience handling teams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Ability to create engaging and informative training sessions.
• Good problem-solving and coordination aptitude.
• Prior experience in training or team management is beneficial.

Compensation and Location

The monthly salary ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, determined by individual experience, skills, and performance. The position is office-based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
