Job Role and Responsibilities

• Eagerly learn and grasp product specifications and requirements pertaining to Saini’s or client’s products.
• Assist senior engineers with routine inspections effectively.
• Detect defects or errors during product testing and promptly communicate findings to the reporting manager.
• Provide support to senior engineers in the testing process of products and motors.
• Prepare and maintain departmental reports diligently, ensuring updates as necessary.
• Adhere to department standards by maintaining consistent quality and productivity levels.
• Carry out any additional assignments as directed.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Fundamental understanding of product characteristics and their practical applications.
• Basic awareness of testing parameters and their relevance.
• Elementary knowledge of testing equipment used in the department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Eligibility

Applicants should possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related Electrical fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
