Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join as Trainee Consultants within our Recruitment Operations team based in Bangalore. This role involves supporting recruitment activities focused on the Australian market, managing candidate onboarding, compliance processes, and placement coordination in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Core Duties
- Manage candidate lifecycle by tracking and validating all essential documentation.
- Assist candidates with onboarding steps such as verifying work eligibility, conducting background and police checks, medical clearances, and ensuring completion of mandatory training and registrations.
- Collect financial and tax information including banking, tax forms, and superannuation details.
- Conduct reference checks and monitor compliance completion timelines.
- Engage with candidates to confirm placement readiness and clearly communicate job roles, client expectations, and assignment specifics.
- Guarantee candidates understand all compliance and onboarding criteria.
- Maintain thorough and accurate recruitment data in systems, identifying and escalating any irregularities or compliance risks promptly.
Candidate Profile & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field; candidates recently graduated are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational ability with sharp attention to detail.
- Capable of managing repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented settings and handle substantial application volumes.
- Customer-focused mindset with good stakeholder management aptitude.
- Driven, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning and growth in recruitment and HR operations.
Additional Information
- Contract duration: Fixed-term for 3 months.
- Work location: Bangalore office.
- Work hours: Shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST.
- Country focus: Australia recruitment support.
