Position Overview
Join a team-focused, outdoor role as a Traffic Management Operative, where you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining traffic management schemes at various sites while providing excellent customer service and ensuring safety compliance.

Primary Duties
- Transporting and installing traffic management equipment at customer locations aligned with company standards and legal requirements
- Guiding customers on the proper and safe usage of the equipment
- Inspecting returned equipment and completing all necessary documentation accurately
- Performing maintenance and repairs on traffic management gear
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhering to operational instructions and completing paperwork electronically
- Communicating positively and effectively with clients and the public
Work Location and Hours
Based in Stockton, candidates may reside anywhere within the broader regional coverage area of the depots, with adherence to working time directives and driving hour regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Holders of a valid UK full manual driving license
