Role Overview

Join the Trade Counter team in Broome and play a key role in assisting engineers, project managers, and tradespeople in procuring the essential products required to maintain critical services. Your contributions will also include various duties aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and the seamless operation of the branch.

Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service, guiding clients with product information.
• Prepare and provide quotations both face-to-face and via telephone communication.
• Engage in order picking, packing, and managing stock control tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe branch environment.
• Occasionally deliver products to customers using a company vehicle.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but enthusiasm for learning is valued equally.
• Ability to pick orders, manage shop floor displays, and ensure accuracy of shared information.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn computer systems and software.
• Hold a clean, valid driver's license and be open to variable shifts, including weekends.
• Aspirations to grow professionally, either within this branch, the wider network, or head office.
