Job Overview

Coforge is recruiting experienced TPF Developers for positions based in Bengaluru and Greater Noida. Candidates should bring between five to ten years of relevant experience and solid expertise in TPF technologies.

Core Responsibilities

• Decompose technical requirements into manageable tasks for sprint planning alongside the Scrum team.
• Engage collaboratively in coding, testing, and software construction according to acceptance criteria and requirements.
• Support the Technical Product Manager in preparing requirements for upcoming development cycles.
• Maintain superior code quality throughout development.
• Improve development workflows under the guidance of the Scrum Master.
• Work closely with teams to elevate technical methodologies and best practices.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies.
• Develop high-level design documentation to guide the development process.
• Assist with deployment and feature release activities.
• Contribute to effort estimation and sizing for features and tasks.
• Design, code, debug, and test software components.
• Diagnose and resolve issues encountered in testing and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to implement new capabilities.
• Drive innovation aimed at improving application stability and performance.
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support the creation of technical documentation related to software development.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Strong technical proficiency as defined by the specific program requirements.
• Experience with development and continuous integration tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems or technologies specified by the program.
• At least eight years of technical experience, including a minimum of three years as a hands-on technical design lead and programmer.
• Specialized expertise in TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC technologies.
