About the Role
BluSky Tours & Travels is seeking a commercially astute Tours & Supplier Coordinator to enhance their domestic and international holiday operations. This position is based in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identifying and negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Calculating costs for travel packages to ensure competitiveness.
- Developing detailed itineraries for both domestic and international tours.
- Handling bookings for hotels and transportation services.
- Preparing and issuing travel vouchers for clients.
- Coordinating logistics for group travel arrangements.
- Confirming supplier commitments and reconfirmations ahead of trips.
- Providing emergency assistance and support during travel excursions.
- Monitoring profit margins and maintaining high service quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants with pre-existing supplier contacts in Northern Pakistan and international leisure destinations are highly preferred.
