Job Overview

The role of Total Rewards Specialist involves managing the organization's compensation, benefits, and reward programs to maintain market competitiveness, ensure internal fairness, and align with company goals in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits initiatives.
• Perform salary benchmarking and conduct market analysis to stay competitive.
• Support processes for annual salary adjustments, bonus distributions, and incentive schemes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Handle employee benefits enrollment and coordinate with external vendors.
• Compile and analyze reports related to rewards, offering insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of total rewards policies and strategies.
• Respond to employee questions regarding compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between three to five years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Familiarity with salary survey processes and job evaluation techniques.
• Strong communication abilities and experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience within GCC countries is advantageous.
