About the Role

The Total Rewards Manager will play a key role in the Human Capital team, focusing on compensation and benefits management within the firm. This position is responsible for driving the annual salary increment and bonus review processes while managing compensation data with precision. The role includes benchmarking jobs, guiding compensation strategies, and collaborating across teams to maintain competitive and equitable pay structures. The manager will also oversee the configuration and testing of compensation modules in the firm's HRIS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage merit and bonus review cycles, crafting guidelines that align with firm governance and timelines.
  • Analyze compensation data, compile reports, and generate insights for leadership reviews.
  • Drive strategic projects developing salary and bonus frameworks that are market-competitive and cost effective through benchmarking and scenario analysis.
  • Provide job benchmarking and recommend fair salary ranges using market and industry data.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation policies and frameworks to HR Business Partners and business leaders.
  • Manage compensation module configuration and user acceptance testing in Workday, including stakeholder coordination and training support.
  • Ensure accuracy in data cleansing, updates, and validation to uphold data integrity in all compensation reviews.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding and Engagement teams on communication efforts related to rewards.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, with finance or accounting background viewed as beneficial.
  • In-depth knowledge of total rewards elements including job evaluation, salary structures, and market benchmarking techniques.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail for interpreting compensation data.
  • Proficient in translating market insights into actionable compensation recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday’s Compensation module preferred.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing.

Additional Information

This position is based in Singapore and is full-time on-site. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. There are no specified travel requirements or need for government clearance.
