The Tortilla and Prep Cook role is central to our kitchen operations, producing fresh tortillas by hand and preparing ingredients that deliver the authentic Tex-Mex dining experience our guests love. This role requires rolling, chopping, slicing, mixing, and handling various prep tasks to ensure a seamless kitchen workflow.
