Job Overview
We are seeking experienced candidates for two specialized roles in a precision tool room environment: a Surface Grinding Operator and a Wire EDM Machinist. Both roles demand technical expertise and familiarity with machining and tool room processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate surface grinding machines to accurately grind inserts, plates, and tooling parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precise manufacturing of components.
- For the Wire EDM Machinist role: Operate CNC Wire EDM machines such as GF or Mitsubishi systems to produce precision parts.
Requirements
- For Surface Grinding Operator: 2 to 5 years of experience in tool room, mold, or die making environments.
- For Wire EDM Machinist: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Wire EDM machining.
- Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- A strong background working in a tool room setting is essential, particularly for the Wire EDM Machinist position.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings is mandatory.
