Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive title searches to verify property ownership and related details.
- Conduct meticulous examinations of current owners to confirm title status.
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of title insurance policies.
- Implement Netronline platform procedures efficiently as part of search processes.
- Compile detailed title reports, including Continuation of Search (COS) analysis for client review.
