Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process title documentation meticulously to ensure smooth property transaction closings for both buyers and sellers.
• Employ the Qualia title processing software effectively to manage workflow and record keeping.
• Maintain organized records and communicate proficiently to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience specializing in title processing.
• Possession of a Licensed Title Agent certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Spanish language proficiency is advantageous.
• Strong organizational capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
