What You'll Do

• Utilize professional-grade tools and cleaning agents to deeply cleanse and restore tile and grout surfaces.
• Apply premium color sealants to grout for a rejuvenated, consistent appearance.
• Perform minor repairs such as crack fixes, grout replacements, and damage restoration.
• Inspect stone and other surfaces to determine suitable restoration approaches.
• Deliver clear communication to customers, responding to inquiries and ensuring exceptional service.
• Maintain and care for equipment, company van, and supplies for operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in tile, grout, flooring, stone, or similar trades is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of craftsmanship pride.
• Comfortable working within clients' homes and businesses.
• Adaptable problem-solver capable of addressing challenges on site.
• Holds a valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and sustain standing throughout the workday.
