Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of Intermediate education is required; Bachelor's degree is advantageous
- Possession of a diploma or certificate in Airline Ticketing or Travel & Tourism is beneficial
- Certifications from IATA, Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo are preferred
- At least 1 to 2 years of airline ticketing experience
- Proficient with GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Understanding of both international and domestic airline fare regulations
- Competency in issuing, reissuing, cancelling, and refunding tickets
- Experience with Umrah and Hajj ticketing processes
- Effective communication skills in English and Urdu
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Capability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
