About the Role

The Slimming & Beauty Therapist plays a crucial role in providing top-notch slimming, body contouring, beauty, and wellness treatments while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This position involves guiding clients through their treatment processes, maintaining detailed records, and upholding a clean and professional clinic atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and ensure a pleasant treatment experience.
• Explain treatment methods, procedures, and necessary after-care instructions clearly.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all client information.
• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships through quality service and consistent follow-up.
• Conduct body slimming and inch-loss therapies following clinic protocols.
• Operate body contouring and fat reduction devices after completing training.
• Measure body metrics before, during, and after treatments, monitoring progress diligently.
• Inform supervising doctors or clinic managers of any concerns regarding client progress.
• Administer beauty and wellness therapies such as body polishing and spa treatments, assisting advanced procedures when needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is ready prior to sessions.
• Use slimming and aesthetic machines in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines and clinic SOPs.
• Perform routine equipment checks and promptly report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain highest levels of cleanliness, sterilize tools, and dispose of waste safely.
• Keep treatment rooms organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
• Document all treatments accurately, including consent forms and client progress in management systems.
• Track product usage and maintain inventory records.
• Educate clients on treatment packages and home-care products, recommending appropriate options.
• Support branch revenue goals through ethical cross-selling and upselling.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team including doctors, cosmetologists, nutritionists, and administrative staff.
• Participate in training sessions, adopt updated treatment protocols, and take part in promotional and client engagement activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in slimming, beauty, wellness, or aesthetic clinics is favored but not mandatory; fresh graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions

• Work schedule includes six days per week with rotational shifts based on clinic needs.
