Position Summary

The role is a full-time, on-site Textile Designer position based in Dammam. The designer will be responsible for creating original textile prints, embroidery layouts, and graphic motifs that reflect Masada's brand identity and suit various project demands. Daily tasks include researching current trends, conceptualizing designs, preparing artwork and technical files, and collaborating with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop original textile prints and embroidery designs consistent with brand themes.
• Research upcoming trends and integrate them into design concepts.
• Prepare detailed artwork and necessary technical documentation for production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to ensure design practicality and market relevance.
• Refine designs by incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Work closely with suppliers and production partners to achieve design consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines within a dynamic, creative environment.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in textile prints and understanding of various fabric types, manufacturing techniques, and production processes.
• Proficiency in graphic and textile design, including mastery of industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience in embroidery design with the capability to produce detailed, production-ready embroidery artworks and placements.
• Relevant educational qualifications like a degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.
• A robust design portfolio demonstrating skills in color theory, pattern repeats, and design precision.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or sports branding and knowledge of textile markets locally and internationally is advantageous.
