About the Role
This position requires a seasoned professional with over six years of experience to lead automation strategy, framework creation, and quality engineering efforts spanning numerous applications and programs.
Responsibilities
- Champion the automation strategy and framework development across multiple software applications.
- Promote and implement CI/CD, DevOps, and continuous testing methodologies to speed up release processes and enhance product quality.
- Guarantee extensive automation coverage including UI, API, Mobile, Integration, and Regression testing scopes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to automation teams, uphold quality standards, and enforce automation governance along with best practices.
- Utilize AI-powered testing techniques to boost test efficiency, breadth of coverage, productivity, and overall quality results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six years' experience in relevant roles.
Required Skills
- Proficient in leading test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and API automation.
- Experienced in designing and implementing enterprise-level test automation frameworks conforming to industry best practices.
