Role Overview

We are seeking a Territory Manager based in Kochi/Ernakulam, responsible for managing sales operations with a strong focus on expanding distribution and increasing sales revenue within the region.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Surpass assigned sales targets by effective territory management.
  • Broaden and deepen the distribution footprint for company products as per defined norms and objectives.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.
  • Regularly travel and engage with customers and channel partners throughout the territory; spending at least 14 days per month in the field.
  • Manage multiple sales channels including Retail, Standalone Modern Trade, and Wholesale, ensuring progressive revenue growth and optimal product placements monthly.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of frontline sales staff (Sales Officers/Inside Sales Representatives) to achieve monthly targets.
  • Scrutinize sales data for informed decision making and strategic planning.
  • Accurately forecast sales to align resource planning and notify management of anticipated needs.
