About the Role

Join the leading pest control company as a Termite Technician, working diligently to safeguard homes and businesses from termite damage according to established company protocols and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose termite infestations by understanding termite biology and behaviors to recommend effective treatments.
• Communicate clearly with customers about conditions that foster termite activity, discuss treatment procedures, and suggest structural improvements if necessary.
• Enter various structures including crawl spaces and navigate stairs, ladders, and rooftops safely.
• Utilize inspection and treatment equipment such as small tools and power hammer drills efficiently.
• Adapt to diverse environmental conditions including seasonal weather changes and working in damp or dusty spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functionality of your tools, equipment, and vehicle.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completion.
• Minimum of two years experience in customer service; prior experience in termite control is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eagerness to learn new skills.
• Flexible work availability including Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
• Capability to acquire and uphold required certifications as mandated by federal, state, and local laws.
• Possession of a valid driver's license issued by your state of residence.
