Role Summary

As a Termite Technician, you will be responsible for performing termite treatments safely and in compliance with company standards. The role involves identifying termite issues, understanding termite behaviors, and executing the appropriate remedial actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose termite problems by recognizing behaviors and habits to decide on treatment steps.
• Communicate with customers about factors contributing to termite presence and advise on procedures or structural changes to complement treatments.
• Access and move safely through various structures, including crawl spaces, roofs, and stairways.
• Utilize and maintain application tools, inspection equipment, small hand tools, and power hammer drills effectively.
• Work in diverse environmental conditions, adapting to seasonal weather and damp or dusty environments.
• Keep your equipment and vehicle clean and in good working condition.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service; prior termite control experience is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays when needed.
• Ability to obtain and retain required licenses and certifications in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Hold a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
