Role Overview

The Termite Technician role involves delivering high-quality pest control services for residential and commercial clients using Integrated Pest Management (IPM). This full-time, hourly position provides technicians with a company vehicle and numerous benefits.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections and determine prescribed termite treatments using inspection graphs and specification sheets.
  • Prepare treatment sites by removing debris as required.
  • Apply various wood-destroying organism treatments, including installation of termite bait stations (Sentricon) using augers and digging tools.
  • Perform trenching and apply liquid treatments around exterior or crawl space perimeters.
  • Drill and treat voids or blocks in crawl spaces and structures with liquid applications.
  • Spray treatment applications to affected areas as necessary.
  • Maintain professionalism and build lasting relationships with customers by explaining solutions clearly and collecting service payments.
  • Ensure company vehicle and equipment remain in proper working condition at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to pass and retain any state-required licensing or certification exams.
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • No prior experience required; training is provided for the right candidate.
