Terminal Operator

About the Role

A reputable Oil & Gas organization located in the Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Technical Evaluator specializing in Terminal and Marine Operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive practical expertise within the oil & gas or petrochemical sectors, specifically in tank farm, refinery, marine, or jetty operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage terminal and tank farm facilities ensuring efficient and safe processes.
• Handle petrochemical storage tanks including various types such as API tanks, floating roof, fixed roof, internal floating roof (IFR) tanks, spheres, bullets, and spheroids.
• Manage the handling and transfer of petrochemical products like Ethylene, Propylene, LPG, NGL, MTBE, Methanol, Mix C4, Pyrolysis Gasoline, and Fuel Oil.
• Oversee marine loading arms operations and lead ship loading and unloading activities as a Loading Master.
• Coordinate jetty and port terminal operations to ensure smooth vessel movements and cargo transfer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in terminal, tank farm, refinery, petrochemical, marine, or jetty operations.
• Deep practical knowledge of petrochemical storage tank types and maintenance.
• Proven experience managing marine loading arms, ship loading/unloading, and vessel operations.
• Strong understanding of berth and jetty management, port terminal operational processes, and safety compliance.
• Ability to conduct technical evaluations and support operational troubleshooting and coordination.
