Tendering Manager

Role Overview

We invite applications from qualified professionals for the position of Tendering Manager at Jazera Arabia Contracting, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands leadership in tendering and estimation processes within the contracting and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire tendering process, ensuring efficient management of tendering teams.
• Review and approve cost estimates, pricing plans, and technical-commercial proposals prior to submission.
• Develop competitive technical and commercial bids based on tender requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, and Project Management departments during tender preparations.
• Manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously, adhering to priorities and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in tendering and estimation within contracting and construction.
• Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure projects, including buildings and transmission lines.
• Strong skills in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, bid preparation, and proposal development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contracts, tender documentation, bill of quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications.
• Experience analyzing current market prices, material and subcontractor rates, and pricing trends to ensure tender competitiveness.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, analytical, and communication abilities.
