About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bid/Tender Executive to join ABU Construction, a company with over 35 years of specialized experience in industrial and thermal power plant operations and maintenance contracting. Located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, we primarily serve Mahagenco power stations including Koradi, Khaperkheda, Bhusawal, and Chandrapur.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire tender lifecycle by actively monitoring Notices Inviting Tenders (NITs) on e-procurement portals relevant to Mahagenco.
- Prepare and submit thorough, compliant technical and commercial bids.
- Oversee the submission and management of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Bank Guarantee (BG) documentation related to tendering.
Required Experience and Skills
- Between 3 and 6 years of direct experience in PSU and government electronic tendering, preferably within the power sector (covering entities such as Mahagenco, NTPC, GEM, and BHEL e-procurement systems).
- A proven track record with personal handling of specific tenders and successful bid submissions.
- Solid understanding of EMD, Security Deposits (SD), and Bank Guarantee procedures, along with statutory documents including GST, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) requirements.
