Opportunity Overview
Take charge of an established and thriving temporary recruitment desk within a leading agency specializing in Real Estate, Property, Development, and Construction sectors. This desk currently delivers a turnover of $400,000 annually with opportunity for further growth due to a key team member's international relocation.
Key Duties
- Source and attract high-caliber candidates for temporary and contract positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from understanding client requirements to securing job offers.
- Establish and nurture relationships between clients and candidates, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding the existing client portfolio.
- Negotiate remuneration and contract details effectively.
- Conduct regular candidate and client engagement tasks including follow-ups and site visits.
- Ensure strict compliance with legislative requirements, workplace health and safety inspections, and company policies.
- Surpass key performance indicators to enhance earning potential and build consistent commission revenue streams.
