About the Role

Indo European Study Abroad Consultant is searching for a skilled Contact Center Manager to lead daily operations, supervise and motivate the team, and boost customer engagement and lead conversion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the contact center.
• Lead, train, and energize contact center personnel.
• Set goals for the team and track both individual and collective achievements.
• Manage inbound and outbound call handling along with customer queries.
• Monitor call quality, follow-up processes, conversion rates, and overall team productivity.
• Formulate strategies to enhance lead conversion and engagement with customers.
• Compile and review performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and interested leads.
• Collaborate with counselling and admissions departments to convert leads effectively.
• Identify and address performance shortfalls through coaching and feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and data updates.
• Handle escalations, ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in contact centers, telecalling, customer service, sales, or similar domains.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing targets, call quality, conversion rates, and overall team performance.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making competence.
• Experience in education or study-abroad sectors is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
• Working days: Monday through Saturday (6 days a week)
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Salary range: ₹41,000 to ₹50,000 per month (equivalent to ₹5 to ₹7 LPA)
