Telesales Executive

Overview

We are seeking a Telesales Executive capable of engaging potential clients, assessing their needs, and effectively promoting relevant financial and insurance products. This role welcomes candidates experienced in Health Insurance Sales, Motor Insurance Sales, or Credit Card Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided contact lists and cold leads.
• Clearly communicate product features, advantages, pricing, terms, and conditions persuasively.
• Identify customers' requirements and recommend appropriate Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, or Credit Card options.
• Generate and convert leads into customers by applying effective telesales strategies.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture interested clients and sustain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities leveraging CRM tools.
• Stay informed about product updates, competitor products, and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines during all sales interactions.

• Excellent communication abilities and persuasive skills.
• Strong competence in sales and customer engagement.
• Comfortable with making outbound sales calls independently.

• Basic proficiency in computer usage and CRM applications.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in telesales, insurance sales, banking, credit card sales, or telecalling is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000.
