Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Telesales Executive to engage with prospective customers primarily through calls and follow-ups, converting potential leads into confirmed buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on leads sourced from advertisements, IndiaMART, and Justdial platforms.
- Assess customer needs and effectively qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Conduct online demonstrations focusing on products such as IVR systems, WhatsApp API, and Notyfy+ software.
- Ensure consistent engagement with leads through regular follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
