Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking motivated male or female Telesales Executives to join V-Creat Vision Outsourcing Pvt Ltd located near Sector 15 Metro, Noida. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about our products and services, along with daily reporting duties.
Compensation
- Freshers: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced candidates: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on interview)
- Additional attractive incentives ranging between ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 monthly
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Communicating product and service information to customers in a clear manner
- Maintaining daily reports of calls and customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduation
- Proficiency in speaking Hindi and English is mandatory
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Work Shift and Location
- Day Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM
- Workplace address: Building No. A-23, Office B-10, Sector 2, Noida
