Telesales Executive

Overview

This role involves working as an Education Counsellor / Telecaller handling students and parents primarily via phone communication to support admissions. The position is full-time with a monthly salary ranging from 14,000 to 16,000 INR plus incentives.

Key Duties

• Managing both inbound and outbound calls to engage with students and their parents.
• Providing detailed counselling on courses, eligibility criteria, fees, admissions processes, and future career prospects.
• Generating and nurturing prospective student leads through persistent follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp.
• Clearly communicating course content and admission guidelines.
• Converting prospective enquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Keeping precise records of all calls, leads, and follow-up actions.
• Meeting set targets related to counselling and student admissions.
• Fostering rapport and maintaining positive relationships with students and their families.

Candidate Profile

• Effective communication paired with strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficiency in Hindi along with basic English skills.
• A polite, confident telephone etiquette.
• Fundamental computer literacy.
• Ability to persuade and motivate prospective students.
• A constructive mindset combined with eagerness to learn new skills.
• Prior exposure in roles like education counselling, telecalling, sales, or admissions is advantageous.
