Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to comprehend their health issues and wellness requirements.
• Clearly communicate the details of Ayurvedic therapies, including procedures, product usage, duration, and anticipated outcomes.
• Ethically promote and sell Ayurvedic treatments and products, ensuring a patient-centric approach.
• Inform patients about product benefits, recommended dosages, and necessary precautions.
• Convert patient interactions into enrollments for treatment plans while meeting sales targets.
• Keep meticulous documentation of consultations, sales activities, and follow-up engagements.
• Regularly follow up with patients to support adherence to treatment and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with doctors and internal teams to enhance the overall patient experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong communication and counseling capabilities.
• Experience in sales, healthcare, wellness, or tele-counselling is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Ayurveda or wellness-related products is advantageous.

• Fundamental computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 21,000 INR.
