Overview
We are urgently seeking a Telesales Executive specialized in used car loans to join our team at Vidastya Financial Solutions Private Limited located in Delhi-NCR. The role involves direct telephonic communication with potential customers interested in financing options for used vehicles, guiding them through the loan application and processing stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective customers interested in obtaining loans for used cars.
- Clearly articulate the details of the loan procedure and the necessary documentation to applicants.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to keep the customers engaged throughout the application process.
- Liaise efficiently with the internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and approvals.
- Accurately maintain records of calls and follow-up actions on a daily basis.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 25000 INR.
