Overview
Bajaj Capital is seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive based in Patna, Bihar, to engage with customers over the phone, promoting financial products and services while nurturing leads and addressing client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to explain financial services and products clearly.
- Develop leads by contacting potential customers and conduct follow-ups effectively.
- Maintain ongoing communication to support and resolve customer inquiries.
- Meet or exceed the set sales targets and call quotas.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills paired with an ability to engage customers effectively.
- Comfortable with telephonic sales and maintaining customer relationships.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Samastipur or nearby areas.
