Job Summary
We are looking for a female telesales executive to join our team. The role includes reaching out to potential customers through telephone, managing follow-ups, organizing site visits, and collaborating closely with the sales department to ensure a smooth sales process. Candidates must handle client inquiries with professionalism and maintain a positive and confident demeanor.
Working Hours and Location
The position is based in Kolkata with office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Compensation
The salary ranges between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 as a fixed monthly amount, supplemented with attractive incentives based on performance.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least six months of experience in telecalling or telesales roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- A positive and self-assured attitude.
- Fundamental understanding of telesales processes.
