Telesales Executive - Mutual Funds Sales

About the Role

Join as a Telesales Executive focusing on mutual funds sales in our Bangalore office, located at Kudlu Gate near Electronic City. You will connect with prospective clients via outbound calls, understand their financial objectives, and clearly explain investment options including mutual funds, Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), and lump-sum contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to a designated list of leads.
• Assess clients' financial goals and elucidate investment opportunities in simple language.
• Convert interested leads into confirmed investments and ensure follow-ups through to closure.
• Document all interactions and results meticulously within the CRM/dialer system.
• Achieve and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and conversions completed.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from six months to three years in telesales or telecalling roles.
• Preference for candidates with backgrounds in mutual funds, insurance, banking, NBFC, broking, or loan sales.
• Excellent verbal communication, along with strong ability to persuade and handle objections.
• Comfortable operating in a target-driven environment with regular use of CRM or dialer software.
• Minimum education qualification: completion of 12th grade with basic proficiency in English.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly in-hand salary based on experience: 6 months to 1 year - Rs 18,400; 1 to 2 years - Rs 20,450; 2 to 3 years - Rs 24,700.
• Overall CTC ranges from Rs 24,000 to Rs 30,732.
• Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
• No joining fee applicable.
