Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-focused Telesales Executive with a foundational understanding of financial products to join our team. The candidate will be accountable for reaching out to potential clients via outbound calls, presenting our financial product offerings, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings for the sales team. Communication skills and a persuasive approach with a customer-oriented mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using designated databases.
- Identify clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Evaluate leads based on interest and eligibility for our services.
- Maintain follow-up with prospects to nurture leads and facilitate sales conversion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Freshers can apply; however, a minimum of 6 months’ experience in telesales is preferred.

- Work location: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.
- Compensation includes fixed salary plus performance incentives.
