Income N Filing is a firm specializing in GST, income tax, and accounting services. We are looking for a full-time Telecaller to join our Bengaluru team.
Job Description
The position initially offers remote work from home with plans to shift towards a hybrid working model once our office in Marathahalli, Bengaluru, opens.
Responsibilities
- Contact entrepreneurs and startups using provided databases to introduce and explain our GST, income tax, ROC, and accounting services.
- Ensure a minimum daily talk time of 2 hours engaging with prospective clients.
- Maintain follow-up communications through WhatsApp and email with interested clients.
- Record daily call details in the CRM or designated sheets; all calls will be recorded for training and quality purposes.
Work Schedule
The role requires full-time commitment from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday.
Compensation
- Paid training for 15 days at Rs. 3,000 during the training period.
- Post-training fixed salary of Rs. 13,000 per month.
- Additional incentives based on sales performance.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both English and Hindi; proficiency in Kannada is a significant advantage.
- Capable of composing clear emails in English and adept at using WhatsApp.
- Owns a smartphone and SIM card and has a quiet workspace suitable for call activities at home.
- Open to fresh graduates, as training will be provided.
