About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, elaborating on our services, generating leads, addressing customer inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed sales through skilled communication and persistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain company offerings.
• Identify and assess leads through telephone interactions.
• Understand client needs and offer appropriate service solutions.
• Regularly follow up with customers and update sales documentation.
• Professionally resolve customer questions and cultivate strong client relations.
• Meet daily and monthly goals for calls and sales achievements.
• Manage customer databases and compile basic sales reports.
• Collaborate with sales team members for lead conversion and support activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including MS Office and email handling.

Eligibility
