Telesales Executive

About the Role

Shiv Rajmudra Ventures India Pvt Ltd is seeking Telesales Executives to join their team at the Dhankawadi office in Pune. This position involves actively making outbound calls to promote home insurance, vehicle loans, and home loans with the goal of generating qualified leads and converting these into sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products including home insurance, vehicle loans, and home loans.
• Clearly communicate product advantages and eligibility criteria to prospects.
• Gather necessary customer documentation and collaborate with the sales and processing teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs, manage follow-ups, and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems appropriately.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales and lead conversion rates.
• Deliver excellent customer support and promptly address customer questions or concerns.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade or graduation in any discipline.
• Proficient communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• A results-oriented mindset with confidence and persuasive abilities to meet sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• A fixed base salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, complemented by attractive performance-based incentives.
