Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Telesales Executives to join a noted Life Insurance sales operation. This role involves direct outbound calling to potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into sales. The position offers a base salary plus attractive incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Clearly communicate details about life insurance policies
• Generate new sales leads and convert them into customers
• Follow up effectively to close sales
• Meet daily and monthly sales objectives
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (12th grade) minimum
• At least six months of relevant telesales experience is mandatory
• Proficient in English communication
• Preference for candidates experienced in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or insurance sales
• Open to both male and female applicants

Job Details and Benefits

• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• One rotational weekly day off
• Comprehensive 15-day training program with a stipend of ₹300 per day during training
• Salary on the 10th of each month

Compensation

The in-hand salary ranges from ₹21,000 to ₹25,000 per month, with incentives up to ₹100,000 based on performance.
